Howdy! I'm Matia.

I'm a Software Engineer, and at my core, I'm a servant leader and an efficient problem solver. My background in Optometry has shaped me to always be of service to others and quickly design the most optimal solution to any situation thrown my way.

Coding challenges me to find creative and efficient solutions to complex problems. The innovation and freedom that comes with coding is what drives my motivation and mentality to stay hungry and humble. I love the idea that there's always something new to learn as a Software Engineer. With my passion for building scalable, creative applications, it's meaningful to know that I can help others to be more time-efficient with what I build.

When I am not coding, I like to be active by playing sports like basketball, football, soccer, and golf, or simply hiking.
